Crochet Gift Wrap

Add a little handmade magic to your gifts with some crochet gift-wrapping patterns and ideas. Whether your gift is crocheted or shop-bought you can still personalise your gift with how you present it to your loved ones. These patterns can be easily customised to suit your style or colour scheme and although I’ve demonstrated these patterns for Christmas you can use them all year round. Don’t worry if you are new to crocheting these patterns are beginner-friendly, quick and easy to make. Plus most of these patterns also include a video tutorial to help you.

crochet GIFT WRAP

Crochet Gift Wrap

handmade crochet bow

Add a lovely crochet bow to your gifts, these also look great added to the neck of a bottle or gift bag. Alternatively, you could attach these to the base of a hair slide to make cute hair accessories.

crochet ribbon

Replace single-use ribbon and tags with this super quick and easy crochet ribbon. This ribbon is easily customisable and can be made in any yarn to any width or length.

gift tag

These reusable tags can be used year after year, encourage your friends and family to upcycle these handmade tags. Alternatively, you can personalise these by embroidering people’s initials onto them.

pom poms

Another lovely idea is to add a pom pom or cluster of pom poms to your gift wrap or gift bag. They are fun to make and are great for using up odds and ends of yarn!

Is there such a thing as too much sparkle? These sparkly present toppers designed by Lucy Djevdet @craftingbylucy add that wow factor to your gift wrap! Personally, if I received one of these I’d definitely keep it and add it to my tree!

These gorgeous bottle wraps designed by Lucy Djevdet @craftingbylucy definitely glam up your bottle-related gifts. I know I would want to receive one of these! They can be reused to carry water bottles or flasks or re-gifted the following year.
