In turn, your self esteem and confidence take a dip. You’re so busy trying to navigate a difficult pandemic and all that THAT entails with staying physically safe, that it’s easy to forget to take care of yourself mentally. It becomes easy to be hard on yourself and think that you’re not good enough. I spoke about my own struggles with this recently here, January: Self Care Crochet. So this sweet guest post from Sarah of Stitch and Hound is a timely reminder that when self esteem takes a dive, it’s time to take a step back, breathe in and remind yourself that you’re doing your best and that you are good enough. The You Are Beautiful crochet mat is a sweet self esteem booster that you can hang on your wall, or use as a shower mat. However you use it, just remember those words of wisdom. TABLE OF CONTENTS1. ABOUT SARAHVIEW MORE▼ Sarah herself says, “You are beautiful, period. This is such a simple message but one that we forget to tell ourselves, and those around us, when life gets chaotic. This mat is a bright, cheery visual reminder of this. Put it in front of the shower step out every morning to the message that you are beautiful, inside and out. Hang it on a wall and add a splash of kindness to your home. The You Are Beautiful Mat is for everyone, because everyone is beautiful.“ As this is a guest post, Bella Coco Crochet is unable to answer any queries. If you have a question, please contact the designer directly and they will be happy to help you.
