The Crochet Puff Flower is up there with some of my most popular tutorials. It’s easy to see why! These little puff flowers are a labour of love BUT they look totally stunning. You can choose to join them together to make a larger project such as a scarf or a blanket OR you could use them individually to add to something like a crochet hair band. Below you can find the written pattern for the Puff Flowers and you will also be able to find the video tutorial at the base of the post.

Hi Leslie You can look at my video tutorial on how to turn the puff flower into a square which is available here: If you have joined lots of puff flowers together to make one big blanket you can follow the same principles to work along them

Thank you for picking this up; you are right, you should have 11 loops on the hook before you yarn over and pull through them all. Sorry for any confusion and I will have this amended

Hi Victoria, this is a really difficult question to answer a it would depend on your personal tension, I would suggest that you do a swatch then work it out from there.

I used Stylecraft Special DK in Lemon, Wisteria, Clematis, Fondant and Candy floss. The amount would depend on your own personal tension and how big you wanted it to be 🙂
