When you come to the stitch you want to change colour in, do the following:

- Pull up a loop and take out the hook.

- Put your hook into the top of the stitch and into the third loop that is facing you.

- Grab your second yarn colour and wrap it around your hook.
- Pull it through the two loops so you have one loop on your hook of the new colour.
- Continue to work your stitches into the rest of the row

- At the end of the row, pull the existing colour tail end and you will be left with a seamless colour change mid row!
