You’re welcome To make the circle you are making a slip stitch (insert hook, yarn over and pull through both loops on hook) into the chain at the very end 🙂

April 11, 2020 at 12:16 amHello, I am a complete beginner – could I use this stitch to make a baby blanket?
Thanks 🙂
BellaCocoTeam
April 15, 2020 at 5:23 pmHi Kahlea You can only work this stitch in the round, so while it’s great for making bags and cowls but unfortunately not flat pieces like baby blankets. If you like the look of this stitch I would have a look at some of my other tutorials such as grit stitch which has a lovely texture too

BellaCocoTeam
April 28, 2020 at 5:59 pmYes you could use this for a border provided you keep working in the same direction, and don’t turn your work over after each round
