What is a Granny Hexagon?

A granny hexagon is a variation of the traditional granny square but with six sides instead of four. Just like the square version, it’s made using clusters of treble crochet stitches (UK terms) or double crochet stitches (US terms), worked in the round. The result is a beautifully symmetrical shape that’s ideal for joining into larger projects.

I was so excited to check out this post! What a bummer that there’s no pic of the finished cardigan. Did I miss it? There are so many variations on a next cardi that I’m not about to try to visualize it or work on it before I can see what it genuinely looks like when done.
